“The European Commission must warn member states that are selling weapons to Turkey and are heating up this conflict. Spain is the member state that sells the most arms to Turkey. This must be stopped by the Commission, Mr Borrell ’, Ponsatí said.

Ponsatí stressed that the conflict must be resolved through constructive negotiations with a peaceful solution that respects the right of self-determination of the Artsakh Republic.
