Artur Mas, on The Guardian: ‘The Catalan people have spoken. Will the Spanish government listen?’

The Guardian has published an article by Artur Mas, the President of the Catalan Government. In his article, tilted ‘The Catalan people have spoken. Will the Spanish government listen?’, Mas asks if the Spanish government will accept the decision of the Catalan people or rather will remain in its intransigence.  In his article the Catalan President explains why these elections were the only chance for the Catalan people to express their political demands after their insistent requests to celebrate a referendum were turned down by the Spanish authorities.
