With almost 100% votes counted, Catalan pro-independence parties get more than 49% of the European elections votes. The list headed by Catalan president in exile Carles Puigdemont is the most voted force with 28%, followed by the socialist PSC, with 22%, and the list led by ERC leader and political prisoner Oriol Junqueras, with 21%.

Lliures per Europa will get two seats in Brussels, Puigdemont and deposed minister also in exile Toni Comín. Ara Repúbliques, an alliance of Catalan ERC with the Galician BNG and the Basque EH Bildu, would have three MEPs: Oriol Junqueras, Pernando Barrena and Diana Riba, the wife of political prisoner and former MEP Raül Romeva.
